Three TRWD Trash Bash events set for April

It’s not too late to sign up for one or more of TRWD’s Spring Trash Bash events in April. Signing up is easy and your efforts will make a huge impact on your community.

The three cleanups scheduled this spring will take place at Richland-Chambers Lake, Trinity River in Fort Worth and Lake Bridgeport.

Over the years, thousands of community members have removed over 500 tons of garbage with one mission in mind, protecting the natural resources that surround them.

Richland-Chambers Trash Bash – Saturday, April 11, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

After-Party 10 a.m. to noon at TRWD Richland-Chambers Lake Office – 140 Farm to Market 416, Streetman, TX 75859

*Early Packet Pick-up, April 9-10 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at TRWD Richland-Chambers Lake Office – 140 Farm to Market 416, Streetman, TX 75859

 

Trinity River Trash Bash – Saturday, April 18, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

After-Party 10 a.m. to noon at Coyote Drive-In Theater – 223 NE 4th St, Fort Worth, TX 76164

*Early Packet Pick-up April 15-17, TRWD Glazer Building 500 E Northside Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76164 from 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM

 

Trash Bash at Lake Bridgeport: Saturday, April 25, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

After-Party 10 a.m. to noon – 1650 FM 1658, Bridgeport, TX 76426 (Lakefront beach across from the TRWD Office)

*Early Packet Pick-up Friday, April 24, TRWD Lake Bridgeport Office 1710 Farm to Market 1658, Bridgeport, TX from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

*Conservation Level: The permitted level of water an entity is allowed to hold in a lake. Any amount above the conservation level is used for the temporary storage of flood waters and must be released downstream.
