Notice to Residents Near Wichita Street and Wichita Court Areas (the City of Fort Worth’s Rolling Hills Water Treatment Plant)

By March 3, 2026

TRWD is performing scheduled winter maintenance and upgrades on older pipeline infrastructure in your area. As part of this planned work, crews must temporarily dewater sections of the pipeline system. This process involves safely draining water, redirecting flow, excavating the area, and replacing valves to improve system reliability and efficiency.

The water you may see in the area is part of this controlled dewatering process and is not the result of a leak.

These improvements help strengthen and modernize the system to better serve our community.

We appreciate your patience as we complete this important work.
