New trailhead on west side of Marine Creek Lake opens June 23

Recreation enthusiasts will have another access point to Marine Creek Lake in northwest Tarrant County next week with the opening of the Ten Mile Trailhead on the west side of the lake.

The new facility, located at 5200 Ten Mile Bridge Road, will be open to the public on Monday June 23, and will feature a lighted parking lot, picnic tables, kayak launch and a portable restroom.
