- Demo and removal of existing pipe between Mouser Way and Walnut Ridge Drive
- Daily thru Mar 20: Removal of concrete pipe within the TRWD right-of-way between Walnut Creek and Broad St.
- Daily Mar 16-Mar 27: Removal of concrete pipe within the TRWD right-of-way west of UPRR Mansfield.
- Daily Mar 30-Apr 17: Removal of concrete pipe within the TRWD right-of-way under Heritage Pkwy bridge.
- Install new Steel Pipe starting east of Walnut Creek Drive proceeding east to Heritage Parkway
- Daily thru Mar 27: Install new Steel Pipe within the TRWD right-of-way between Walnut Creek and Broad St.
- Daily Mar 16-Mar 27: Install new Steel Pipe within the TRWD right-of-way west of UPRR Mansfield.
- UPRR Tunnel Mansfield
- Daily Mar 20-Mar 27: Removal of concrete pipe within existing UPRR casing.
- Daily Mar 23-Apr 3: Install new Steel Pipe within UPRR Mansfield existing casing.

- Daily Mar 9-Apr 3 Tunneling & install casing.
- Hobby Lobby parking lot/287 access road
- Daily Mar 28-Apr 24 Tunneling & install casing within the TRWD right-of-way between the parking lot and 287 access road.
- Broad Street
- Install new Steel Pipe starting at Heritage Parkway proceeding east to Walnut Ridge Drive
- Daily Mar 30-Apr 17 Install new Steel pipe within the TRWD right-of-way under Heritage Pkwy bridge.
- Surface and stream restoration starting east of Walnut Creek Drive proceeding east to Heritage Parkway
2026 August – September
- Install new Steel Pipe starting at Mouser Way proceeding east to Walnut Creek Drive
- Surface restoration starting at Mouser Way proceeding east to Walnut Creek Drive
