Sequence 1 and 2 will be performed concurrently to facilitate Pipeline replacement Phase 2 from Kennedale Balancing Reservoir to Mouser Way (anticipated to begin Summer 2027).

- Install new Steel Pipe starting east of Walnut Creek Drive proceeding east to Heritage Parkway
- UPRR Tunnel near Heritage Parkway

- Mansfield Tunnels
- Broad Street
- Hobby Lobby parking lot/287 access road
- Install new Steel Pipe starting at Heritage Parkway proceeding east to Walnut Ridge Drive
- Surface and stream restoration starting east of Walnut Creek Drive proceeding east to Heritage Parkway
2026 August – September
- Install new Steel Pipe starting at Mouser Way proceeding east to Walnut Creek Drive
- Surface restoration starting at Mouser Way proceeding east to Walnut Creek Drive
