District recognized by Fly Fishers International

Fly Fishers International (FFI) recently announced that the Tarrant Regional Water District has been awarded the Fly Fishers International Conservation Award.
This award recognizes individuals, groups, or organizations whose outstanding efforts protect and enhance our fisheries resources and the waters they depend on.
“We are honored to be recognized by Fly Fishers International,” said Matt Mancino, TRWD’s On-Site Venue Manager & Special Events Coordinator. “The FFI Conservation Award reflects our long‑standing commitment to protecting and enhancing the fisheries and waterways that are vital to our region. We are grateful for our partnership with Fly Fishers International and the Fort Worth Fly Fishers.”
Fly Fishers International (FFI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to conserving aquatic ecosystems and promoting the art, science, and ethics of fly fishing.
