“We sincerely appreciate this recognition from Texas AWWA,” said Betsy Marsh, TRWD’s Conservation Supervisor. “Our youth conservation team is doing an amazing job connecting with kids, teachers, and families in Tarrant County. I am confident we are helping TRWD empower young water champions to conserve and protect our precious water resources.”

“I’m really proud of this recognition,” said Natasha Hill, Director of Communications and Community Outreach. “These awards show that our team is doing what matters most — helping people understand what the water district does, in a way that actually makes sense to them. Everything from explaining how we plan for the future to meeting people where they are with information they can understand and act on.”

The awards are presented annually by AWWA, alongside local member organizations.
