- Leah M. King serves as President of the TRWD Board of Directors, where she first was elected in 2017. Currently, Mrs. King is President of the JPS Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the JPS Health Network as a regional and national leader in providing transformational healthcare services. As the county’s essential hospital, JPS provides healthcare to all Tarrant County residents, regardless of their ability to pay. She is also a board member at the Fort Worth Club and serves on the President’s Advisory Council for Texas Wesleyan University. Mrs. King resides in Fort Worth with her husband, Barry.

- Johnathan Killebrew, a Master Code Professional and Certified Building Official with over 25 years of experience in development and construction, began serving his first term on the TRWD Board of Directors in 2025. As the owner and president of Metro Code, LLC, a third-party building plan review and inspection company, Mr. Killebrew has dedicated his career to ensuring the safety and efficiency of building codes and standards in the North Texas region.

- Skylar Brogdon O’Neal was elected to the TRWD Board of Directors in 2025. She serves as a principal at Summit Cove Investments. A proud graduate of Texas Christian University, Mrs. O’Neal remains actively involved on campus, serving on the board of the Ralph Lowe Energy Institute and as Recruitment Advisor for the Gamma Psi chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta. Her philanthropic efforts include board service with the Fort Worth Opera, vestry membership at Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church, and leadership of the Brogdon Foundation, a nonprofit focused on education. A lifelong resident of Fort Worth, Texas, Mrs. O’Neal resides with her husband, and their 2 children.

- C.B. is a 5th generation and lifelong Fort Worth resident. He is a Partner and Principal at Team & Vasseur Commercial Real Estate. He holds both Texas and Colorado Real Estate Brokers Licenses. C.B. takes his profession a step further investing his time into community development. C.B. has volunteered as a Livestock Department Superintendent at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo every winter and was appointed to its Board of Directors in 2021. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, serves on numerous local boards, and is a commercial-rated pilot. C.B. lives in Fort Worth with his wife and their two children.

- Paxton Motheral was elected to the TRWD board in 2023. A Fort Worth
native, he graduated from Trinity Valley School and earned a B.B.A. in Finance with an emphasis in Real
Estate, as well as a B.S. in Ranch Management from Texas Christian University. He also attended the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he pursued a Master of Science in Real Estate Development.
Mr. Motheral serves as Vice President of Cassco Development Co. He is also involved in many civic and
real estate industry specific organizations including the boards of Streams & Valleys, the Fort Worth
Stock Show and Rodeo and the Sportsmen’s Club of Fort Worth. He is also actively involved in the Urban
Land Institute and the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth.
